Connecting rods

Connecting rods overhaul after crack test, measurement and if needed reboring to standard size.

Ultrasonic cleaning

All engine parts for overhaul in our workshop will be ultrasonic cleaned, to remove all paint rust etc. for a final inspecting and measurement.

Cilinder covers overhaul from arrival workshop until final test.

Pistons

Pistons will be dismantled, landing surfaces if needed machined. Tightened according manufactures instructions.

Liners will be ultrasonic cleaned and crack test by magnaflux.

Liner honed after measurement, included skimming landing surfaces if needed.
